I know words like 'sustainable', 'eco’, 'green' and 'conscious' are being thrown around everywhere – and not always with transparency – which can make shopping confusing. Ideally, we should be looking for brands that are both sustainable AND ethical too.

This is the second in a series of overly honest product reviews, featuring some cringe-worthy experiences, one mention of my labia and a small amount of credit card debt. After the disconcerting success of the previous instalment – period pants and mooncups – here is my overly honest product review of the metal safety razor.
